Expected Behavior

When the gitlab token changes, i expect the configuration of sonarqube gitlab alm to be updated correctly.

Actual Behavior

The creation of the configuration works perfectly but not the update :

sonarqube_alm_gitlab.gitlab_alm: Modifying... [id=****]
│ Error: failed to decode error response json into struct: EOF

terraform : 1.5.7
sonarqube provider : 0.16.9
sonarqube : 9.9
