Tabs wont expand #26

Tabs wont expand when hovered over. The auto hide fix from another issue here fixes the issue but it permanently hides the screen under the minimized tab view so its not a fix. Was working yesterday.

Sidebars won't expand since FF 132 update. changing z-index in userChrome.css doesn't work
