Progress bar background differs between Firefox and Chrome #97

I have spotted a minor glitch when using progress bars, between Firefox and Chrome.

Maybe it's just my setup, but I use the lastest versions of each browser, on an updated Ubuntu 20.04.

In Chrome (right in the screenshot), the backgrounds of the progress bars are nicely dark. In Firefox (left) the proress bar background is white.
