Item Search Filtering not resetting

Summary
After filtering the expense

Steps to Produce:

1. Go to View Expense Screen
2. Click on Filters
3. Click on the Search box and enter "a" only
4. Click on Reset Filters"

Expected Results:
The records list shown should have reverted back to a non-filtered state

Actual Results
The records list was not updated and was stuck on the filtered option
