Desired Features

1. Show EXIF info
2. Support descriptions for albums and/or images
3. Show progress for loading images; see Helpful Technical Links#show-loading-progress-for-images
4. Save/restore scroll position when navigating in and out
   1. subalbum list out to parent album list
   2. thumbs out to album list
   3. full image out to thumbs
5. abandon white placeholder borders and ...s for thumbnails

Known Issues

1. pinch-zoom misinterpreted as drag (in full image view)
2. momentum scrolling doesn't work on iOS
3. full image title & nav sometimes disappear: only after scrolling on thumbnail view?
