Add TreeInfo tool to report on retrospective matches

Export a table showing each retrospective match, including details about the tree, number of pango lineages, mutations etc. Also details about how many samples get subtended would be useful.

Another metric to track is how many of the shared mutations (mutations above the root of the built tree) get reverted later on.
