What productivity launcher do we wanna use? What's opensource and not just a glorified google searcher?

I've seen a few electron projects, such as Albert and Cerebro, but they seem heavy and not as configurable, but maybe I'm wrong. I'd like to be wrong, because if I am, my job is easier. Open to discussion and moved from #21

Cerebro actually seems to be pretty capable these days, albeit still electron, so slower on older machine, but I think we'll be using that. We'll need something to install plugins you need for various actions though, such as searching files, searching duckduckgo, and searching macOS applications. We'll need a separate flow for linux as well.
