Add ability to config regexp in commit message for links

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to have feature like in intellij youtrack integration where you can specify commit message format and youtrack ticket id turns into link.

And it would also be convenient to highlight several commits, and use keymap to open all ticket links.
