Dual Sense won't top 85% charge (100% on PC though)

I use the Dual Sense controller (PS5) and noticed last night that despite my controller being at 100% charge (verified on PC with DS4), the charge displayed on Decky's "Controller Tools" only goes up to 85%. I wanted to report this and am happy to share data or additional information to help resolve the issue (assuming it's not just me).
