This is raised because we are promoting builds from dev to qa . And we often get an error like this as mentioned in this issue
#362

If there is any, it would be helpful so that we can get to know which image had multiple builds with the same name and same build-version.

For example, I have published 45 services/artifacts in a build , if there was multiple builds of the same image name and build version, it would be very tedious for us to check which particular artifact was built twice and overwritten.

The general process followed in jfrog is , it overwrites the previous build with the same image name and build version.
