I am wondering how to use straight lines, but prevent them from overlapping. I have "arc" turned on, which is great for when lines cross, but there are no few times when I'm drawing electrical circuit and I have lots of lines and the auto positioning tool will run the lines over each other.
For example, if I have two switches and two terminals to connect them too, I will draw one line from one switch to one terminal and another line from the other swithc to the other terminal, and they will be parallel out of the switches, then, at the same time, turn 90⁰ up, run over each other for a while, and then turn 90⁰ right at different times to connect with their correct terminal.
I find I have to manually separate the lines to show that they don't connect. It would make sense that the auto-positioning algorithm would detect these are different lines and that I would like them not to cross, by virtue of my turning on "arc", and automatically reposition them so it is visually clear that at no point are these one line (piece of wire).

How do I do this?
