ACM's camera-ready paper submission system said the graphs in my paper have type 3 font in the graph drawn exported from draw.io. Open the pdf using Adobe Acrobat and there are some type 3 fonts in the Properties- Fonts.
We found that it is caused by some emojis in the graph. After removing the emojis, the type 3 fonts are gone. But we still need to use the emojis.
Finally, it is solved by opening the pdf in Adobe illustrator and save to pdf again! The type 3 fonts are gone!!
