Due to kubernetes/ingress-nginx#2994 the ingress controller currently does not start.

Workaround:

Provide the --version flag to refer to the last working chart version:

$ helm install stable/nginx-ingress --name nginx-ingress --version 0.17.1 \
--namespace ingress --set controller.extraArgs.enable-ssl-passthrough=""
