Docker-for-Desktop: Cluster Initialization fails #5

Following the instruction from the blog post "2018-05-18-how-to-run-rancher-2-0-on-your-desktop" and README.md the cattle-node-agent and the cattle-cluster-agent stay unvailable with the following error found in their logs:

ERROR: https://rancher.localhost/ping is not accessible  (Failed to connect to rancher.localhost port 443: Connection refused)

Environment

Docker-for-Desktop: Version 18.06.1-ce-win74 (19508) | Channel: edge | 68d201c
Rancher Chart Version: 2.0.2-1

Any help is welcome :-)
