What are the best settings for most accurate/perfect time stamps?

Doesnt matter how much resource it would use, we just want to get the best timestamps possible.

That depends on the audio you're working with (e.g. if there is background noise/music). Some settings perform better in some cases and worse in others. Generally, usually vad=True will give the better results. Using the larger models (medium/large) will increase transcription accuracy which indirectly improves the timestamps because you'll be less likely to be timing an incorrect word.
