Investigate behind-the-ui testing posibilities

It should be possible to verify integration between the dispatch plugin and the router that does not require automating UI. Same approach could then be extended to https://github.com/rh-messaging/artemis-hawtio where the need is probably greater than in dispatch plugin, which usually does not have bugs like this.
