Admin: Deleting Maintenance Doesn't re-render Page #150

BUG: Admin can delete maintenance However, after deleting, the website does not re-render the page/ Clicking delete again will break the page

However, it does delete the maintenance

Solution: Use Firebase & re-Render the page after deleting
