rEFInd entry keeps coming back after deleting and restarting #105

I've gone through the uninstall process several times. However the rEFInd entry keeps coming back after a restart. I've confirmed before restarting that it is gone from the list, but always comes back.

There is a service that is meant to do this as it's convenient when a BIOS update wipes all of the EFI entries and then the Windows entry gets regenerated (forcing Windows as default).

It's easiest to turn this off from the GUI by pressing the "Sysd Off" button, and then redo the uninstall steps.
