output with 'dest' produces blank xml file #22

When using the reporter functionality of the closure-linter-wrapper, the output xml file that is produced contains only <jslint> </jslint>. I'm am following the documentation regarding the reporter feature reporter: { name: 'gjslint_xml', dest: 'reports/gjslint.xml' } . When console is indicated as the output, everything works fine.
Any thoughts?
