upload errors result in orphaned dmg files #109

When dmg file is uploaded and processed and a a subsequent error occurs, that package's dmg file is orphaned in the packages directory.

For examples, see Issues #107 and #108.

I ran into this same problem. I have a fix, but still testing. See commit 082576e46c6572b6cedaf13c06185abd927cebc1
