Add default number of players/characters in game asset packs

In order to make the program easier to use, we should be able to include how many characters/players we expect some games to use by default per player/team, and set the number of characters/players to that number upon loading the game. Examples include:

• The King of Fighters XV: 1 player, 3 characters
• Capcom VS SNK 2: 1 player, 3 characters
• Marvel VS Capcom Infinite: 1 player, 2 characters
• Splatoon 3: 4 players, 1 character
• Pokémon: 1 player, 6 characters
