Hi, love the program. Been using it for a while and works a treat. I recently got an external gpu and I'm experiencing the same stutter again. I'm running Windows 10 1803 17134.407. I have a GTX 1050 inside my laptop and a GTX 1080ti in my external GPU enclosure. If I disable the 1050, the stutter stops. But this means if I want to use the 1050 I have to re-enable it.

Can you add support for this use case?
