Ability to write Javascript migrations

Wondering how you'd feel about the ability to generate, as an alternative, JS-based migration files? Sometimes it's majorly helpful to be able to kick off some dynamic action following a script, or to load in / generate some data prior to insert (especially if you were doing something like migrating a schema). Happy to hack on this myself, kick around some specs with you before hacking on it, or even just: creating this issue to help kick off some ideas for you to work on 😄. Just figured I'd ask the question at least before starting to work on it.
