How to take a break from popup?

Feel free to scold me for missing something. I have the "Take a Break" notification popping up every minute (see screenshot), and I want to take a break. How? From the main page, I can either 1) say I already did, which is not true, or 2) snooze it.

Hey there! The only other way is through the dialog that opens up when you idle ("Idle handling" needs to be enabled in the settings).

I think I understand now. A break is triggered after idle time at the computer, so literally stepping away is what I need to do (I think). Is that correct?
