Fatal SDL2 library error on Sequoia 15.0 beta 2 #5185

Describe the bug

Starting ether sdl or sdl2 under Sequoia 15.0 beta 2 on an M2 MacMini results in a fatal error with message Failed loading SDL2 library. Running the two CL fixes described on the install webpage does not fix the error.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

  1. Simply launch sdl or sdl2 file from Finder

Expected behavior

DOSBox-Xerror

What operating system(s) this bug have occurred on?

Sequoia 15.0 beta 2

What version(s) of DOSBox-X have this bug?

dosbox-x-macosx-arm64-20240701205503

Used configuration

M2 Mac Mini

Does this issue persist with the October release?

It is reported that the October release is working on M1 Mac with Sequoia.
