Project is dead?

It got pulled into the S#arp Architecture project as one of the demo apps (https://github.com/sharparchitecture/Who-Can-Help-Me), but S#arp Arch is very quiet at the moment as well. I think it's also fair to say that it represented the opinions myself and the other guys held about 4-5 years back - things have moved on a lot since then, so I wouldn't recommend it as a solid starting point any more.

In this moment, which full sample application-project (with source
code) recommend
it as a solid starting point ?

I would like create Web Services and WPF-WinForm Client, using good
patterns and architecture.
