Configure for only bold and italic

Hi, I searched through the old issues here but was not able to find what I was looking for. Anyways, I would like to use remarkable and configure it to only parse bold and italic (using strong and em). I assume this is easy enough to setup in the configuration, but I am struggling to figure it out with reading just the docs.
