FORTRAN sources missing

I'd like to revive the original game on a SIMH VAX (maybe later on a real VAX).
Unfortunately the FORTRAN sources are missing.
In AAAREADM.TXT it says:
Note: This distribution contains complete Ratfor game source.
But since Ratfor isn't a standard language, FORTRAN
translations are also provided. The game also relies on
Software Tools support routines; these are provided in object
module form only.
Do you know of RATFOR for VMS?

I'll second this issue; if anyone has the Fortran sources that would be awesome - problem is I don't know of anyone who has a RATFOR compiler anywhere in the VAX/VMS-verse...
