It appears that your github and PyPi versions aren't aligned. The one I was able to grab via
pip install pyaddress
got me version 0.1.2 which, when I try to parse an address, unloads a bunch of print statements. These are commented out in the github repo, but not in the PyPi repo. For example line 330 of address.py
