I just noticed, that the log file is not the only problem. The sensors file also gets updated on go-hass-agent start. I moved both into /tmp and created a link to those files and that worked. The only problem now is, that the service does not report data after a restart until I logged in once into that raspberry pi. After an initial log in, everything is working even if I log out again. |

Seems to work. I deleted both files from the /tmp folder and rebooted. There are a lot of complaints in the log about the missing sensors. But it starts without a problem and without messing with deactivated sensors in HA. So a solution is to move the |

Can go-hass-agent be run without logging? On a read-olny filesystem, like on a sd card in a raspberry pi, this would be helpful to prevent damage to the sd card. I do run my raspberry pis in read-only mode. It would be great to run go-hass-agent there too.
