feat: enhance controller, maplibre-native v11.4.0

• add getCamera()
• web: flyTo() don't return until the map movement finishes (same for jumpTo())
• get current map bounds
• user location (needs to be speced)
• bump MapLibre Native version 11.4.0
• getMetersPerPixelAtLatitude

Notes:

• integration tests on android are unreliable (disabled ci)
• integration tests are difficult to debug on web
