How does the refresh work? Is the timer set when the wandering trader is spawned in? So if it is spawned in at 2:32 PM and the refresh is set to 4 hours, the next refresh will be 6:32 PM? Is there a way to dictate when the refreshes happen for the trades?

My feature request would be to add a start time to refreshing trades so we know exactly when the trades refresh, and also maybe add an option to announce in chat when the trades have been refreshed.
