Publish updated homepage and update go link.

• Stage 1: Update the internal site homepage. No updates to the site style are required; utilize the current Mosaic style and components. Change the go link.
• Stage 2: Duplicate the layout to create an editorial layout. Apply the Salt style. Existing Mosaic components will be rendered in the Salt style.
• Stage 3: Create custom components that do not exist in either Mosaic or Salt for page designs.
• Stage 4: Replace Mosaic components with custom editorial components.
