Hi, i know enmodal is still in early alpha, but thought you might want to know of these kind of issues nonetheless. that's what alpha is for, right? ;)
Basically, on a NYC map, i have added a 'U' line which branches into JFK's Airtrain loop, like this:
However, when i save the map and load it up again, this is what it looks like after loading:
Once i make a change to the 'U' line and undo it with ctrl+z, the map is reloaded and the JFK portion comes out the way i saved it again, so luckily this issue is not permanent and can be worked around.
from messing around with the map a bit, my best guess is that the program gets confused about which pin belongs to which track during the initial loading procedure. I have one track going down to Terminal 1, and a second going back up to Federal Circle to complete the loop from Terminal 8, the two sections laid closely ontop of eachother.

here's a public share link of the map so you can test further. http://app.enmodal.co/?id=821a544be39e82e5#
