I have a lenovo t450 but this EFI is not working for me. what should I do? This is my first time I am doing hackintosh and the long videos on youtube are long but not explained for a newbie. Help me.

I can share my EFI if you want, But I am not sure that will work. You need to configure the config.plist file and the SSDT files. I have configured mine by watching a lot of youtube videos.
