Republished package missing

If you publish a package to npm and then delete it, it will of course, no longer show up on the site.
But if you republish the package under the same name it will still not show up after weeks.

Easy to reproduce, just publish a random js file to npm and then delete it. When you republish a package you need to increment the version by at least a patch version.
