Add Mock Printer support with Unit Testing

Need to add in the support for a Mock Printer (I believe I remember this being described in the OctoPrint Plugin Documentation) so that the project can add unit tests. Unit tests will help to serve 'offline' development as well as provide automated testing for better release support.
