Applications ask for a range of disclosures.

Examples include

• race (e.g. white; black; pacific islander; &c)
• latinx
• veteran status
• Work Authorization for Country
• H1B assistance

I contend that this information be part of the spec. It doesn't have to be printable, but as part of the spec, I would love to see HR programs able to take resume.json and have these questions answered.

I came to this repo speicifically to ask about this.

I was thinking about trying to work on a chrome extension or something to help with filling in application information, and wanted to find an existing standard to work with.

I do like how bare bones the profile currently is, and I wondered if anyone had considered splitting this into a couple of different schemas, maybe an application schema which could wrap around the resume schema and contain some more of this information.

I would add that consent for a background check, and salary expectation are a couple of others that might be nice to have
