🔖 Feature description

Right now, tools with improper schema get created successfully on task-create but fail with weird bugs on execution.

Example stacktrace:

Client error '422 Unprocessable Entity' for url 'http://integrations:8000/execute/weather'

Or worse:

Server error '500 Internal Server Error' for url 'http://integrations:8000/execute/weather
