📜 Description

To Reproduce:

1- Go to https://dashboard-dev.julep.ai/executions/ and see the executions that are listed.
2- Create an execution for any task (using scalar, sdk, postman... etc).
3- Go to https://dashboard-dev.julep.ai/executions/ again and see that they are the same (no new executions have been added).
