Can't Launch Bifrost #165

After importing Bifrost, defining the chart object and plotting on that object, Bifrost still will not load in the notebook. It seems like the cells run without error, but the widget will not load in the output. Sometimes flashes of the Bifrost UI appear, but not always.

This seems to happen randomly: sometimes I am able to run exactly the same code and Bifrost launches no problem.
