Clearer navigation on "ongoing job" page

As a company user. When viewing your job that is ongoing (you have selected your candidate and the candidate has accepted) there's no information about how to complete the job.

I can click the "[user] has accepted the job" text (which has no cues that it's interactable) or the "Chat" option to navigate to the candidate page.

I think we need an obvious way to navigate to the candidate page, and information about what my next step should be.

• Make the candidate name a link that takes the user to the candidates profile
