This is the Not Quite C 3.1 r6 distribution lifted directly from http://bricxcc.sourceforge.net/nqc/
I did this crazy thing to capture my tweaks to get it to continue to build on OS X and OpenBSD, which are the platforms I use to develop on the RCX 2.0 bricks I still have kicking around. It should work with an RCX device talking to any of the common serial towers (including USB).
The original code was under a mixed MPL 1.0 license with some specific copyrighted parts, so this is all under that same copyright, updated to MPL 2.0.
