Check for lopped/poisoned AS-Paths like [65531 65532 65531 65532] where AS65532 announces a route to 65531 put pre-pends [32, 31] so that 31 detects a routing loop and doesn't advertise.

This should check for any AS in the path not just the origin or peer AS.
