When a user needs community support it helps to have a quick debug file to show to the community.

For the initial feature this debug file can just be a list of all the installed components (such as operators) and their version numbers. Could be an addition to kabanero version comand, or something else.
This issue is same feature as kabanero-io/kabanero-landing#162

Will have to work with Operator and other dependent components to ensure the proper APIs are in place to gather this information
