There are several technical debt items that need resolution for the Kabanero container scanning support.

we need a place to save scan results that can then easily serve these up for developers (web server/Kab landing page)
we need to come up with a way to fail the build when a specific level of scanning error occurs (ie: red/yellow) -and notify the developer (Jane)
