I build a UWP ClassLibrary project(with VLC.MediaElement inside), which is referenced by WPF dotCore 3.0 project. But exception occurs 'LibVLCSharp.Shared.VLCException:Failed to load libvlc.dll, error 15700. Please make sure that this library, libvlccore.dll and the plugins are copied to the AppX folder. For that, you can reference the VideoLAN.LibVLC.WindowsRT NuGet package.' when running WPF dotCore 3.0 project.
