支持编译为小程序组件 #92

现在要用全局组件是比较难受的，得用原生方式写，还得copy一下，还要处理平台问题。
如果能支持 vue 编译为小程序组件，就可以解决这些问题了。某些组件可以在 app.json 中配置为全局组件也更好用一些
