OpenWebStart-dialogs are not visible in taskbar

OpenWebStart Settings are shown in the taskbar with this icon

But download progress, confirmation- or error-dialogs are not visible in the taskbar and are therefore sometimes “hidden” behind other windows and overlooked by users.

If we know that we have to look for a specific window we can use alt-tab.
-> but most users don't know that...

OS: Windows
-> I'm not sure if Linux and MacOS are also affected.
