Failed to open camera when using KV with WSA #359

I am using KV for the drive to the local counselor albeit with a issue.
When opening the drive interface, it says failed to open the camera.
I am using a HP EliteBook 8470p and a LifeCam HD-3000 for this drive.
How can this be resolved @zhaitianduo

Still showing this issue with WSA. KV is recognizing the camera, but is saying failed to open.
